When you make a payment, we'll send a payment confirmation email to the email address associated with your Otter account. This includes recurring payments when your subscription automatically renews. You can always check your payment history online.
Note: Subscriptions purchased through Otter directly are hosted on Stripe. Your invoice or receipt will be sent from Stripe.
See your payment history
- Sign in to your Otter account at otter.ai.
- Click on your name located in the upper corner of the profile section.
- On the expanded menu, click Account settings and navigate to the Plan tab.
- Scroll down to Payment History.
- Click on any billing payment to view the invoice or receipt.

Users who purchased their Otter Pro subscription through the iOS App Store or Google Play will find their invoice or receipt through the store used to make the purchase.

There are several reasons you may not be able to access your invoices or receipts. Check out the following for more information:
- Review the Can’t sign in to your Otter account article if you are unable to access your account.
- For Otter Business subscriptions, make sure you are logged in as an admin of the Workspace to view payment history.
- If your subscription has expired, request past invoices or receipts by contacting Otter Support with the email associated with your Otter account.
Note: If you no longer have access to the email address associated with the Otter account, provide the last 4 digits of the card on file, card expiration date, last transaction amount, and last transaction date to Otter Support to retrieve your past invoices or receipts.
