Change Otter Notetaker's display name

Otter Notetaker's name will show as '[Your Name]'s Notetaker (Otter.ai)' in your meeting. You can update the [Your Name] portion in Account Settings > General > Profile. Click Edit in the upper corner.

Click into the Full name field, and update your the first name portion. Click the check mark to save and Done, once you have finished updating your name.

Notetaker will pull from your first name to populate the [Your Name] portion. It will show as '[Your Name]s Notetaker (Otter.ai)' during the meeting (e.g., Dani's AI Notetaker (Otter.ai)).

Can I change the full Notetaker's name?

It is not currently possible to individually change the full Notetaker name on the account level, but a Workspaces on an Enterprise plan can change the suffix part of the name (e.g. AI Notetaker (Otter.ai)). Contact your admin to change the Notetaker's full name for your entire Enterprise Workspace.
