Otter Notetaker is an excellent feature that can automatically join your Zoom, Google Meet, and Microsoft Teams meetings via your synced calendar events and provide real-time transcription. There may be situations where you would like to turn off this feature.
Toggle off Notetaker's auto-join setting, and Otter will no longer automatically join your synced calendar events. There are multiple ways to access your Notetaker meeting auto-join settings.
Homepage AI Notetaker Settings Easily access your Notetaker auto-join settings through the homepage
On the Meetings tab, click on AI Notetaker settings and select Meetings I manually select.
Account Settings AI Notetaker Settings Manage your Notetaker settings in your account settings
Click Integrations → Meetings tab → Default auto-join settings and select Meetings I manually select.
Review your calendar events
See a quick overview of which individual events you previously toggled auto-join on for on the homepage calendar.
Review your calendar events and verify that Notetaker is toggled off for your upcoming meetings.
