Easily share Otter AI-generated meeting Insights with your team. You can link directly to the Otter conversation or copy and paste Insights into emails, Slack messages, documents, and other collaboration tools, helping teams quickly review meetings, align on next steps, and take action after every conversation.
Copy your insights
To copy the full Insights section, click the three-dot menu and select Copy text. You can then paste the content into other platforms, documents, emails, or messages while preserving formatting and direct links to the related transcript sections.
You can also copy individual insight sections. Hover over the section and click the Copy text icon.
Share a link to your insights
Navigate to the conversation containing the Insights you want to share. Click the three-dot menu and select Copy link. You can then share the link to direct users straight to the conversation and its insights.
Users must be signed in to an Otter account and have shared access to the conversation as a Viewer or Collaborator to view Insights. If they do not have access, they can request access to the conversation.
