Insights generated from your Custom Meeting Templates can be regenerated at any time after adding new meeting data or reapplying the template.
In your conversation, open the Template drop-down and select the meeting template associated with your insights. Each time you apply a new template, Otter regenerates the meeting insights and details based on that template’s structure and prompts.
Note: Reapplying a template replaces any previously generated Insights content. We recommend saving important generated content before applying or reapplying a template.
Outdated template
Templates are marked as outdated when changes are made to the template. To regenerate the insights using the latest version of the template, click the refresh icon.
