You can copy and share your Otter AI-generated conversation summary, including the Overview, Outline, Action Items, and Insights. Copy the entire summary or individual sections to share meeting notes, key takeaways, and follow-up actions in emails, Slack messages, documents, and other collaboration tools. You can also share a direct link to Insights so others with access can review the conversation.

FAQs
Can I copy the entire conversation summary at once?
Yes. Open the conversation, select the Summary tab, and click Copy summary near the conversation details. This lets you copy the full AI-generated summary without copying each section separately.
Can I copy only one section of the summary?
Yes. You can copy individual sections, including Overview, Outline, and Action Items, using the Copy section option in each section's three-dot menu. For Insights, use Copy text to copy the section's content.
Can I copy an individual Insight instead of all Insights?
Yes. Hover over the individual Insight and click the Copy text icon to copy only that content. You can then paste it into an email, document, or another application.
Does copying Insights preserve formatting and transcript links?
Yes. When you copy Insights using Copy text, the copied content preserves formatting and direct links to the related transcript sections. How the formatting appears after pasting may depend on the destination application.
Can someone view shared Insights without access to the conversation?
No. Recipients must be signed in to an Otter account and have access to the conversation as a Viewer or Collaborator. If they do not have access, they can request it from the conversation owner.
