Opting out of AI Chat will remove the AI Chat feature from your workspace. Opting out of AI Chat only affects the conversations owned by your workspace's members.
If an Otter user outside of your workspace shares a conversation with you and they have AI Chat enabled in their account, you will still see the AI Chat tab in that specific conversation.
Note: Submitting a form below is only for opting out of AI Chat, including AI Chat and Insights. This does not affect any of the other features or integrations. For Otter Notetaker, please manage those settings separately in Account Settings > Meetings, or for integrations, manage those in Integrations.

Note: Ensure you are a workspace admin and that the email submitted in the form matches the email associated with your Otter account. Otherwise, your request may not be processed. Please note that AI Chat can only be opted out at the workspace level, not for individual users.
