Otter Chat is a powerful AI tool that provides an easy way to ask questions about the content of the meeting, ask for more details about the speakers, or even ask it to generate a summary you can use later on in emails or social media posts. Otter Chat can generate answers across all of your conversations including ones shared with you. Engaging with Otter Chat enables you to collaborate with your team members through AI responses. Otter Chat is available both during the live meeting and post-meeting, allowing you to continue the conversation anytime.

Note: By default, all accounts are opted into Otter Chat, except for Enterprise and EDU accounts. All Enterprise and EDU accounts are opted out of Otter Chat by default. If you are on an Enterprise or part of an EDU account and would like to opt into Otter Chat, please have your Workspace admin contact the Otter Support Team.
