Opt out of AI Features

Otter Chat and Topics are part of Otter's AI features. These features can help make your conversations more valuable by using AI. Learn more about Otter Chat & Topics.

Opting out of AI features such as Otter Chat and AI Topics will remove the Otter Chat & Topics feature from your Workspace and/or account. Opting out of the AI features only affects the conversations owned by your Workspace members and/or the primary account. 

If an Otter user outside of your Workspace shares a conversation with you and they have these AI features enabled in their account, you will still see the Otter Chat & Topics tab in that specific conversation. You can still view Otter prompts and answers in the Otter Chat tab, submitted by other users in the conversation, and view the generated Topics.

Note: Submitting a form below is only for opting out of AI features, including Otter Chat & Topics. This does not affect any of the other features or integrations. For OtterPilot, please manage those settings separately in Account Settings > Plan, or for integrations, manage those in Account Settings > Apps.
