Action Items Overview

You can see which conversation the Action Item is associated with, and where in the transcript it was produced from. 

1. Click on the 3 dots next to the Action Item.
2. Select View in transcript.
3. You'll be taken to the portion in the transcript where the Action Item was created from. 

1. Click on the Action Item to enter the editing mode. 
2. You can delete, edit, or type new text into the field. 
3. Once completed, click Enter/Return or click out of the field to save. The Action Item will update here as well as in the conversation where it was originally assigned. 

You can copy all action items to paste into other documents, platforms, or services that support text. It will including formatting and your assigned name. 

1. Click on the 3 dots next to the Action Item.
2. Select Copy all action items.
3. Paste into another document, platform, or service.

You can reassign the the Action Item to another user. Once you have done so, it will no longer appear in your Action Item list. 

1. Click on the 3 dots next to the Action Item you want to reassign. 
2. Select Assigned to *your name*.
3. Select a new user to assign the Action Item to. 
4. It will immediately assign to them and no longer appear in your list. 

If you assign an action item to yourself in a conversation, it will automatically show in the global Action Items list. 

Checking off an action item will move it into the Completed section. Organize your action items, and check the box next to the action time once you have completed the task. 

You can delete an action item anytime if it's no longer relevant.

1. Click on the 3 dots next to the Action Item you want to delete. 
2. Select Delete. It will be immediately deleted from the list and the conversation it is associated with.

• The Action Item list will only show items you are assigned to.

• Once you reassign the Action Item, it will no longer appear in your list. 
• To assign it to yourself again, have the other user reassign it back to you or go into the conversation to assign it back to yourself. 
• It will then appear back in your Action Item list.

• You will need to add the action item back to the conversation and assign it to yourself manually for it to show up in your list again.
