FAQs
How often does the preview update?
The preview will update every 10 seconds.
Why doesn’t the downloaded file appear as an image?
In some cases, your browser may not save the file with the correct format. When this happens, the file may download without an image extension and won’t display properly.
How to fix it:
Rename the file and add .jpg to the end of the file name (for example, Otter Photo.jpg). This will allow the file to open as an image.
Can I customize the file name before downloading?
By default, downloaded images are saved as “Otter Photo.”
To use a custom file name, you have two options:
- Download the image, then rename the file on your device.
- Expand the image, right-click, and select “Save image as…” to choose a custom name before saving.
