Otter AI Chat requires a stable internet connection. Read through this troubleshooting guide if you're encountering any issues with AI Chat.
AI Chat is not responding
During high volumes of requests, AI Chat may be slower or encounter interruptions. If you are experiencing AI Chat not responding, please try the following:
- Refresh the conversation web page and try asking your question or prompt again.
- Log out and log back into Otter.
- Clear cache, restart your browser, and try asking AI Chat again. Learn how to clear cookies and site data in Chrome, Safari, and Firefox.
AI Chat is not appearing as an option
Note: All accounts are opted into AI Chat by default. If you do not see the option to use AI Chat in your account or workspace, please have your admin contact our Otter Support Team.
If you are experiencing AI Chat not showing as an option, please try the following:
- Clear cache, restart your browser, and try accessing the AI Chat tab again. Learn how to clear cookies and site data in Chrome, Safari, and Firefox.
