Switch your Otter subscription to a different billing cycle, such as a monthly plan or annual plan.
Note: If you purchased an Otter subscription on your mobile device, you will need to manage your subscription plan in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
Switch from monthly to annual billing
To switch from monthly to annual billing on your current plan, follow these steps:
Important: If you currently have trial members in your Workspace, they will be immediately converted to a paid license once you switch to the annual plan.
- Sign in to your Otter account at otter.ai.
- Click your name in the top left.
- Click Account settings and click the Plan tab.
- Click the Change link, choose the annual plan, and click OK to confirm your change.
Note: Changes to your subscription will take effect at the next billing cycle shown on the Account settings > Plan page.
Switch from annual to monthly billing
Important: When switching from annual to monthly billing, any discounting applied to your annual subscription may be removed.
To switch from monthly to annual billing on your current plan, follow these steps:
- Sign in to your Otter account at otter.ai.
- Click your name in the top left.
- Click Account settings and click the Plan tab.
- Click the Change link, choose the monthly plan, and click OK to confirm your change.
