About your Otter Business free trial

When you sign up for a free trial of Otter Business, your team can experience everything that Otter Business offers.

Start your free trial

To start your Otter Business free trial, navigate to our Get Started for Free page and select the Business Trial. You will be required to enter your payment information, but you will not be charged during the trial period.

Note: A credit card is required to start the Otter Business free trial. Your Workspace will be charged only after the trial period has ended AND you haven't canceled your trial.

What happens when the trial ends

After your trial period is complete, the card on file you entered during sign-up will automatically be charged for the current number of seats in your Workspace, at the Otter Business monthly rate.

Alternatively, you may cancel the trial anytime before it expires to avoid any charges. To find out when your trial ends, navigate to Account Settings > Plan. 

Cancel your trial

If you wish to cancel the trial before it expires, follow the steps below:

Note: Only an admin can cancel the trial. Make sure you are signed into an admin account before proceeding. 
  1. Click your profile in the upper corner to expand the menu.
  2. Select Account Settings and click the Plan tab.
  3. Under the Billing Contact section, click Cancel trial.
  4. In the popup, review what will happen when you cancel your trial. Click Cancel trial to proceed.
  5. Your trial is now canceled. Your Workspace will not be charged at the end of the trial period.
