Otter can automatically push insights to HubSpot. If you prefer not to enable automatic syncing and would rather manually export conversations, follow the steps below. Regardless of whether you use automatic or manual settings, you can always export a conversation to HubSpot manually.
Manual exports to HubSpot
- Make sure you have set up HubSpot.

Go to Integrations → HubSpot and click Manage.

Click the Settings tab. From the drop-down menu, select Manual, and click Confirm. Moving forward, sales conversations will no longer be automatically pushed to HubSpot.
For sales conversations you want to export, click the three-dot menu and select Export to HubSpot.
FAQs
Why is the Export to HubSpot option not showing?
Meeting conversations will only be exported if they include at least one external calendar guest whose email domain differs from your workspace domain.
