Add Jira connector for Otter AI Chat

Search tickets, review status, update, and manage issues through AI Chat. 

1. Connect by clicking Add in the connectors menu, or by clicking Connect through the Integrations page for Jira.

   

2. Sign in to your Jira account, review the permissions, and click Accept to finish connecting your account. 

   

3. Jira is now connected. Make sure it is toggled on in the connectors menu before querying.

Known Jira issue

You may encounter issues connecting to MCP if your organization restricts MCP access through Atlassian policies. If you see this error, contact your Atlassian admin and ask them to try the following:

• Allow Atlassian MCP to connect to your Atlassian site. Learn more about authorizing apps in Atlassian.
• Add https://otter.ai/** to your domain allowlist. 
  • Learn more about adding trusted domains in Atlassian.
