Otter Notetaker can join multiple meetings concurrently on all paid plans. Notetaker supports overlapping scheduled meetings, meetings that start back-to-back, or meetings that run past their scheduled time. Refer to our pricing page for the number of available Notetaker that can run concurrently for your plan.
The total number of concurrent Notetakers includes meetings that are joined automatically or meetings where Notetakers have been added manually.

Why is my Notetaker not joining the meeting?
- There may be a variety of reasons why Notetaker is not joining your meeting.
- Verify that you are the primary recorder for Notetaker deduplication. Only the primary recorder's Notetaker will join the meeting.
