Otter provides the option to auto-share conversations only with users who share the same Workspace domain. This setting is only available for Workspaces with non-generic domains.

Manage the auto-share setting
- Find all of your auto-share settings on the Account Settings > Meetings page or through the settings gear icon on the Home page calendar:
- Click on the drop-down menu next to Default audience for shared notes. Select Internal guests.
- All calendar event conversations will be automatically shared with event guests who share your Workspace domain. This setting affects all calendar events recorded manually or through Otter Notetaker.
