Otter allows you to automatically share meeting notes and conversations only with calendar event guests who have the same email domain as your workspace. By selecting Same domain guests as your default sharing preference, you can share meeting notes with internal participants without automatically sharing them with external guests. This option is available only for workspaces using a non-generic domain.
Automatically share meeting notes with same-domain guests
Set Same domain guests as your default sharing preference to automatically share calendar event conversations with guests who have the same email domain as your workspace.
- Sign in to Otter and navigate to Account Settings → Meetings.

Under Default audience for shared notes, open the drop-down menu and select Same domain guests.
- Your default automatic sharing preference is now set to Same domain guests. Calendar event conversations will automatically be shared with eligible guests who have the same email domain as your workspace.
This setting applies to calendar event conversations recorded manually or through Otter Notetaker, unless an individual event has a customized sharing preference.
