Otter can automatically push insights to Salesforce. If you prefer not to enable automatic syncing and would rather manually export conversations, follow the steps below.
Manual exports to Salesforce
- Go to Integrations > Salesforce and click Manage.
- Click the Settings tab. From the drop-down menu, select Manual. Moving forward, sales conversations will no longer be automatically pushed to Salesforce.
For sales conversations you want to export, click the 3-dot menu and select Export to Salesforce.
Note: Only conversations classified as Sales will be exported. A conversation is considered Sales if it includes at least one external calendar guest whose email domain is different from your workspace domain.
