You can export the conversation Summary (Overview, Action Items, Insights, Outline, and Custom Prompt) at any time or easily copy each section individually. This allows you to share or paste the Summary into other tools, documents, or workflows as needed.
Export Summary
Export the full conversation summary to use in other documents, platforms, or workflows.

Open the conversation, then click the Export icon (or select Export audio & text from the three-dot menu).

Select the file format and summary options in the export dialog, then click Export.
Note: The available summary options (Overview, Action Items, Insights, Outlines, Custom Prompt) depend on the applied template. Customize your template to show specific summary export options. -
The file will be downloaded to your device.

You can bulk export conversation summaries. Sharing permissions apply if exporting a shared conversation. Select the conversations, then click Export.
Copy Summary Copy the full summary
Open the conversation and click Copy summary. This copies the Overview, Action Items, Insights, Outline, and Custom Prompt, which you can then paste or share.

Copy Action Items Copy only the action items from the summary
Copy all action items by clicking the three dots and selecting Copy all action items.
To copy an individual one, hover over an action item and click Copy action item.

Mobile
Export summary is not yet available on mobile. Use the web browser or the desktop app to export the summary. Open the conversation, tap the Summary tab, then tap the three-dot menu and select Copy summary.

FAQs
Can I copy only the Outline?
The Outline doesn't have a dedicated copy button. Use copy summary, paste it into another document, then select and copy just the Outline section.
Alternatively, you can highlight any copy text.
Can I copy only the Overview?
The Overview doesn’t have a dedicated copy button, but you can click into the field to highlight and copy the text.
Why am I missing some export summary options?
The summary options available in the Export dialog are determined by the template applied to the conversation. Only summary sections that are enabled in the selected template—such as Overview, Action Items, Insights, Outline, or Custom Prompt—will appear as export options.
If an expected summary option is missing, check the template settings to confirm that the corresponding section is enabled. Learn more about managing your custom meeting templates.
