You can bulk export conversations and Takeaways in Channels. To bulk export, follow the steps below to navigate to the export page.
Note: Bulk selecting and exporting are not available directly on the Channel page. You will need to go through this method to access the bulk exporting option.
- Click on the Channel settings (with the user profiles) in the upper right corner.
- Click the Settings tab and select Bulk Select.
- The Channel will switch to the bulk select page. Continue with the bulk exporting process.
Note: Bulk exporting audio is not available in Channels or Direct Messages at this time. We hope to bring this feature in future updates. You can still export audio through the conversation page or bulk export through the All Conversations page, which includes recordings that you own and ones that have been shared with you.

Can I bulk export audio in Channels?
- No.
