When you connect your calendar, Otter will sync and recognize your recurring meetings. Easily manage the setting once for a recurring meeting to set it for all events in that series.
Recurring meeting overview
On the Otter homepage calendar, any synced event with the cycle icon indicates a recurring event. Learn more about managing your calendar events.
Note: If you are not seeing the cycle icon for a synced event, check how you set up the event from the source calendar (Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook, iCal, etc.). The meeting must be created as a recurring or repeated event from the source calendar.
Manage recurring meeting settings
When you select or toggle a setting for a recurring meeting, it will apply to all meeting events in that series. Click on the recurring meeting to expand the events settings pop-up. You can manage various settings for a recurring event.
Note: Toggling OtterPilot auto-join ON or OFF for an event will apply to all future events in that recurring series.

My calendar event is not syncing as a recurring meeting. How do I change that?
- Otter will sync the recurring meeting information from your connected calendar.
- Review how you set up the event initially at the calendar source level (Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook, iCal, etc.).

Can I schedule a recurring meeting on Otter's side?
- No.
- You must create the recurring meeting at the calendar source level (Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook, iCal, etc.) and sync that meeting to Otter.
