Automatically organized conversations by Company give your team a complete, centralized view of every meeting, call, and note tied to each customer account.
Instead of searching across channels, folders, or individual meetings, Companies lets you:
- View all conversations associated with a company in one place
- Quickly review account history before calls, quarterly business reviews (QBRs), and renewals
- Provide sales, customer success, and leadership with a shared source of truth for past discussions
Organized conversations by a company go beyond mentions in transcripts or summaries to provide direct access and deeper context.

Permissions still apply
The company view respects existing conversation permissions:
- Users can only see the conversations they already have access to.
- Company views do not override access controls; they simply organize the content that a user can already view.
