While you can connect an individual Salesforce account to start using AI Chat with Salesforce, we recommend configuring Salesforce for the entire workspace to enable automatic syncing of meeting Insights and CRM data across your team.

Manage your AI Chat settings for the workspace or your own account.

Go to Integrations → Salesforce and click Manage.
- Manage the Otter AI Chat with Salesforce settings. Apply it either to all workspace users or only to your admin account. Manage all other Salesforce settings as well.
- All workspace users: Enabled for all workspace members

Tips & Best Practices
- Narrow your query to specific deals or opportunities, such as “top 5 closed deals” or “3 deals closest to closing.”
- Include a company name, sales rep, or deal name in your prompt to help Otter AI Chat identify the correct records.
- Don’t rely entirely on previous chat history. Repeating important context in your latest message can improve response accuracy and relevance.
