Otter Chat may not be enabled for your account or Workspace. Otter Chat is disabled by default for all Enterprise and EDU accounts.
If you would like to enable Otter Chat for your account or Workspace, please have your admin submit a request here. Once we have approval from the admin, we can enable Otter AI Chat for the account or Workspace.
Note: We recommend refreshing the page if you're still not seeing the Otter Chat tab.
