Create a centralized Channel for automatically sharing sales conversations and customer meetings with your team. Otter.ai helps sales organizations improve collaboration, coaching, and follow-up by automatically sharing eligible meeting conversations in one place. Teams can review customer calls, learn from successful conversations, refine sales strategies, and keep everyone aligned with searchable meeting notes, transcripts, and AI-generated Insights.

FAQs
What is considered an external guest on a calendar event?
An external guest is any meeting participant whose email domain is different from your Otter workspace domain.
For example, if your Otter workspace domain is otter.ai:
Example: No external guests
Calendar event guest list:
otter-demo@otter.aiabigail@otter.aidani@otter.ai
All participants use the otter.ai domain, so there are no external guests. Conversations recorded from this calendar event will not meet the external guest criteria.
Example: Has external guests
Calendar event guest list:
otter-demo@otter.aiabigail@otter.aiolivia@example.comdeborah@example.com
The example.com email addresses are outside the otter.ai workspace domain and are considered external guests. Conversations recorded from this calendar event will meet the external guest criteria.
Do all recorded conversations get automatically shared to the Channel?
