Otter will do its best to accurately tag speakers; however, there may be cases where you need to retag a speaker. Retagging a speaker will improve speaker identification in future conversation recordings. Learn more about speaker identification.
- Click on the speaker you want to retag.Â
- You can retag your speaker in a variety of ways:
- Click on a suggested speakerÂ
- Search for an existing speaker
- Create a new speaker
- Click on the new speaker to confirm.Â
- Wait for Otter to finish confirming the new speaker. Â
Note: Otter will only tag the paragraph the speaker is associated with. If there are places in the transcript where the speaker was tagged incorrectly, you will need to retag them there as well. If you continue to see incorrect tagging issues, please contact our Otter Support Team.
