Constantly switching from app to app makes putting all the pieces together tough. You might have meeting notes over here and action items over there, leading to a lot of jumping around—and a lot of lost focus. With Otter’s Zoom integrations, we bring everything together in one place, helping you recapture your focus.
OtterPilot (recommended)
OtterPilot automatically joins your meeting as a participant to record and transcribe in real-time, automatically capture slides, provide powerful AI-generated summaries, and allow participants to take advantage of Otter AI Chat to gain deeper insight during the meeting.
OtterPilot can join meetings you host and are invited to through the calendar events synced to Otter. You can also manually add OtterPilot to ad-hoc meetings. Review the following articles to get started with setting up OtterPilot.

Otter Live Notes
Record all meetings that you are the host of, scheduled or ad-hoc. Through Zoom’s live streaming function, Otter Live Notes will record and transcribe the meeting in real time. Meeting participants can view the transcript through the automatically generated link during the meeting.
Sync Zoom cloud recordings to Otter
If you're simply looking to transcribe your Zoom cloud recordings to Otter, we offer a simple way to sync them to your Otter account. Once your Zoom meeting has ended and the cloud recording has finished processing, the audio from the Zoom recording is automatically transcribed by Otter, and the transcript is saved to your Otter account under My Conversations.
