Looking to upgrade from the free Basic version of Otter to a paid plan? That's great news, as you'll be one step closer to accessing more Otter features! We've outlined everything you need to know to upgrade to Pro, Business, or Enterprise. Learn about Otter's plans and features.
As part of our paid plans, you get the features and benefits of Workspaces, expanded limits, and additional features built with enterprise-level organizations in mind, including
- Centralized billing and user management
- Reporting and analytics
- Prioritized support for faster response times
- Workspace discovery and trial members
Upgrade to the Otter Pro plan
You have the option to upgrade through Otter.ai, iOS Apple Store, or Google Play Store. We recommend upgrading through Otter.ai directly, so that we can better manage your subscription if you have any questions.
Web browser
- Sign in to your Otter account at otter.ai.
- Click your profile at the top of the navigation menu.
- Click the Upgrade plan link or navigate to Account settings > Plan.
- Review the plans for Individuals and those for Organizations & Teams. Choose your plan and click Buy Now to continue through the purchase flow.
- Upon successfully upgrading, you will see your new Workspace.
- Continue through the purchase flow to finish setting up your Workspace. Learn more about your Workspace features and settings.
- You can begin using all of the Pro Workspaces features.
iOS or Android subscription
- Open the Otter mobile app.
- Click on the menu icon (3 lines) in the top left corner.
- Click the Upgrade at the bottom of the expanded menu.
- Continue through the iOS App Store or Google Play Store purchase flow.
Upgrade to an Otter Business plan
- Make sure you are signed into the Otter account that will become the owner and admin of the Workspace.
- Click your profile in the top navigation menu
- Click the Upgrade plan link or navigate to Account settings > Plan.
- Click Buy Now to continue through the Business purchase flow.
- Fill out the company and payment info on the following screen. Your Workspace will reflect the name you enter into the Name of your company or school section.
- Continue through the purchase flow to finish setting up your Workspace. Learn more about your Workspace features and settings.
If you need your invoice to contain specific details, please contact support and provide the info in your request.
Upgrade to the Otter Enterprise plan
