There may be many reasons why an error appears on the checkout page when trying to purchase a subscription.
Make sure you are logged into an admin account
Only admins can purchase and manage subscriptions for a Workspace. Members cannot purchase a subscription for a Workspace. Make sure you are logged into an admin account before purchasing a subscription.
Users in Workspace > Manage Workspace > Members with the role 'Member' cannot purchase subscriptions. Reach out to your admin to have them purchase or have the admin update your role.
General troubleshooting tips
We recommend clearing cache and cookies and restarting your browser: Learn how to clear cookies and site data in Chrome, Safari, and Firefox. Sign back into Otter with an admin account and try purchasing again.
