Switch your Otter subscription to a different billing cycle, such as a monthly plan or annual plan.
Note: If you purchased your Otter subscription on a mobile device, you will need to visit the Apple App Store or Google Play Store to manage your subscription plan.

To switch from monthly to annual billing on your current plan, follow these steps:
Important: If you currently have trial members in your Workspace, they will be immediately converted to a paid license once you switch to the annual plan.
- Sign in to your Otter account at otter.ai.
- Click on your name located in the upper corner of the profile section.
- On the expanded menu, click Account settings and navigate to the Plan tab.
- Click the Change link, choose the annual plan, and click OK to confirm your change.
Note: Changes to your subscription will take effect at the next billing cycle shown in Account settings > Plan.

Important: When switching from annual to monthly billing, any discounting applied to your annual subscription may be removed, and not applied to the monthly billing.

Apple Subscriptions
Users who purchased their subscription through Apple will need to manage the subscription through the Apple App Store on a Mac device, or follow the steps below on your iOS device.
- On your iOS device, navigate to Settings > Profile > iCloud > Subscriptions to view your Otter subscription.
- Click See All Plans.
- Select the new plan you wish to change to.
- Changes to your subscription will take effect at the next billing cycle.
