Your plan's monthly minutes will be reset based on when you started your billing cycle. Refer to our pricing page for more information on your plan's monthly limit. Monthly minutes reset each month and do not roll over.
Note: Monthly minutes reset based on the date and time you started your billing cycle (e.g., if your plan was purchased on June 26th, 2025, at 7:03 PM PST, your minutes will reset every month on the 26th at 7:03 PM PST).

Do you have more minutes I can purchase?
- If you require more monthly minutes, we recommend upgrading plans.
- Minutes will reset every month.
When are monthly minutes used?
- Minutes will be used every time you record a conversation through importing, in-app recordings, integrations, and/or meeting recordings.
- Specific plans may include unlimited meetings or in-app recordings, which do not deduct from your monthly minutes if recording through those methods. Learn more about your plan's features on our pricing page.
