When you make a payment, we'll send a payment confirmation email to the email address associated with your Otter account. This includes recurring payments when your subscription automatically renews.
View your payment history
Your invoice/receipt will be sent to your email at the time of purchase or renewal. Look through your email inbox to find the invoice or receipt. Additionally, you can find your entire payment history in your Otter account.
- Sign in to Otter.ai as an admin.

Click on your profile in the upper left corner and select Account Settings. Click the Billing tab.
Note: If you do not yet see this option, click Plans first to view the billing tab. - Scroll down to Payment History section. Click Receipt next to any invoice.
- Review the receipt. Click Download invoice or Download receipt to save a copy to your device.
Payments made through the iOS App Store or Google Play for Otter Pro subscriptions
Users who purchased their Otter Pro subscription through the iOS App Store or Google Play will find their invoice or receipt through the store used to make the purchase.
Can’t access or find your invoice or receipts
There are several reasons you may not be able to access your invoices or receipts. Check out the following for more information:
- Review the Can’t sign in to your Otter account article if you are unable to access your account.
- For paid Workspaces, make sure you are logged in as a Workspace admin to view the payment history.

Why are there payment charges on my account?
- There may be several reasons why you are seeing charges in your payment history.
- Upgrading your subscription (e.g., upgrading from Pro to Business).
- Adding or removing members from your Workspace. Learn more about how license seats work.
- View or download any of the receipts to review the listed items related to that charge.
What should I do if the receipt URL has expired?

After a certain period of time, the link may expire. Enter your Otter account email to generate the invoice/receipt URL.
Note: Make sure the email you enter is associated with your Otter account. Only admins of a Workspace can view the invoice/receipt. - Download the invoice through the email link.
What should I do if I see a "page is not found" error after clicking the receipt?
- There may be several reasons why you are not able to see the receipt page.
- Please contact our Otter Support Team to request further assistance.
