Update your billing ZIP code

Sales tax is calculated from the customer-provided billing address. The customer must provide accurate address information, as tax rates vary by jurisdiction.

Update your billing ZIP code

1. Sign in to Otter.ai.

2. Click on your profile in the upper left corner and select Account Settings. Click the Billing tab.

   Note: If you do not yet see this option, click Plans first to view the billing tab.

   

3. Next to Billing Contact, click Edit.
   
4. Enter your billing details. Click Confirm to save.
   
5. The billing ZIP code is updated.
