Sales tax is calculated from the customer-provided billing address. The customer must provide accurate address information, as tax rates vary by jurisdiction.

Update your billing ZIP code
Note: If you are part of a Workspace, only an admin can update the billing ZIP code. Contact your Otter Admin to manage billing information.
- Sign in to Otter.ai.

Click on your profile in the upper left corner and select Account Settings. Click the Billing tab.
Note: If you do not yet see this option, click Plans first to view the billing tab. - Next to Billing Contact, click Edit.
- Enter your billing details. Click Confirm to save.
- The billing ZIP code is updated.
Tip: You can add or update your payment method on the billing page at any time.
