Upgrade to a Premium plan
- Sign in to your Otter account at otter.ai.
- Click your profile photo or initial in the top left.
- Click Upgrade. Or click Account settings and click the Plan tab.
- Click Update to Premium.
- Choose your plan, enter your credit card information, and click Complete purchase.
Upgrade to Otter for Teams
Otter for Teams was created for teams and organizations. As part of an Otter for Teams plan, you get all the features and benefits of Otter's Premium plan, as well as features built with enterprise-level organizations in mind:
- Centralized billing and user management
- Reporting and analytics
- Added security features such as single sign-on (SSO) and two-factor authentication
- Prioritized support for faster response times
