Sales tax is calculated from the customer-provided billing address. The customer must provide accurate address information, as tax rates vary by jurisdiction.

Update your billing ZIP code
Required: Only a workspace admin can update the ZIP code.

Go to Integrations (Account Settings) → Billing → Billing Contact, and click Edit.

Enter your ZIP code and click Confirm to save changes.

Your billing ZIP code is updated.
Tip: You can add or update your payment method on the billing page at any time.
