Manage the payment information that you use for your Otter subscription.
Update a payment method
- Sign in to your Otter account at otter.ai.
- Click your profile photo or initial in the top left, and then click Account settings.
- Under the Plan tab.
- Next to the payment method, click Edit.
- Enter the credit card information and click Edit payment method.
Note: If your credit card payment was declined, Otter may retry several attempts. If the credit card information is updated, we will retry using the updated credit card information automatically.
Remove a payment method
- Sign in to your Otter account at otter.ai.
- Click your profile photo or initial in the top left, and then click Account settings.
- Under the Plan tab.
- Next to a payment method, click Delete.
- Click Delete to confirm.
Note: You can't remove all payment methods and you must keep at least one payment method on file.
Add a payment method
- Sign in to your Otter account at otter.ai.
- Click your profile photo or initial in the top left, and then click Account settings.
- Under the Plan tab.
- Next to Payment Method, click Add New Payment.
- Enter the credit card information and click Add new payment.
Purchases made through Apple iTunes or Google Play
If you used your phone to purchase an Otter subscription, you must manage your payment method through Apple iTunes or Google Play.
