Submitting a support request on desktop
The easiest way to contact our Otter Support team is by submitting a support request. To help us prioritize your request and provide the fastest assistance, we recommend submitting your ticket while signed in to your Otter account and following the steps below.

While signed in, click your profile in the upper-left corner, then select Contact Support.

On the support request form, use the email address associated with your Otter account whenever possible. This helps us quickly locate your account and provide faster support. When completing the form, include as much detail as possible about your issue or question. The more information you provide, the faster our Support team can investigate and help resolve your request.

Submitting a support request on mobile
You can submit a support request on the iOS or Android Otter app.

If you can’t sign in to your Otter account and have already tried resetting your password, contact our Otter Support team by clicking the link below. Include as much detail as possible about the issue, and use an email address you can access so we can respond. In the form, enter the email address associated with the Otter account you’re unable to access. This helps us quickly locate your account and resolve your request more efficiently.

FAQs
Does Otter offer phone support?
No. Otter does not currently offer phone support at this time. To contact Otter Support, submit a support request through the Help Center. Our Support team will respond by email to help troubleshoot your issue or answer your questions.
Can I solve my issue without contacting support?
Before contacting our Otter Support team, we recommend searching our Help Center. Many common questions can be resolved without submitting a support request. Here are some of our most popular articles:

If you’re a member of an Otter Business or Enterprise workspace
If you’re a workspace member and not an administrator, your workspace admin may be able to help resolve your issue without contacting Otter Support. Common requests include:
- Removing yourself from the Workspace
- Billing and subscription questions
- Changing user roles and permissions
How long does it take to receive a response from Otter Support?
Response times vary based on your Otter plan, the type of request, and current support volume. Support requests are prioritized according to your plan. Refer to our Pricing page for more information about support levels.
How can I check the status of my support request?
After submitting a support request, you’ll receive a confirmation email. You can reply directly to that email to provide additional information or continue communicating with our Otter Support team.
I submitted a support request, but haven’t received a reply.
Check your spam or junk folder for emails from Otter Support, and add support@otter.ai to your contacts or safe sender list.
If you still haven’t received a confirmation email, verify that you submitted your request using a valid email address and that you’re able to receive emails at that address. Submit another request below if needed.
Can I rely on the Help Center chatbot’s answers?
We have both the Otter AI chat in the product and the Help Center chatbot on our help center site to answer questions. They are both designed to provide quick answers based on our documentation, but they may occasionally misunderstand a question or provide inaccurate information.

Does Otter have a Help Center for Enterprise features and administrators?
Yes. Otter provides a dedicated Enterprise Help Center with guides for administrators, IT teams, and workspace owners.
